The following retreats are offered at Jesuit High School.
2020欧洲杯备用网址A 12-mile hike to the oldest Catholic Mission in the Northwest. This walk is led by seniors who give talks and perform skits along the way.
2020欧洲杯备用网址The Junior Encounter program is a special retreat designed to help the student better know and love him/herself, others, and God. It happens in the junior year and usually goes from a Friday morning to a Sunday early evening.
FRESHMAN DAY RETREAT
2020欧洲杯备用网址This retreat is a required on-campus event. It focuses on community building and the spiritual life found in the school. The day is led by seniors and includes small group and large group discussions and games.
FRESHMAN OVERNIGHT RETREAT
The Freshman overnight, led by sophomores, juniors and seniors, is an optional Saturday to Sunday event. This off-campus retreat focuses on community and involves sharing in small and large groups and a giant campfire sing along.
SOPHOMORE OVERNIGHT RETREAT
This retreat, led by juniors, is an overnight event that happens right after the first semester's final exams. It focuses on the relationship we have with each other and how God fits in with the way we see the world.
SENIOR QUIET RETREAT WEEKEND
Right in the middle of May (when life is zooming for most seniors) comes this break of a forced quiet time reflecting on spiritual issues and the transition to life after Jesuit and beyond.
2020欧洲杯备用网址The Parent Retreat is held at St. Benedict Lodge on the McKenzie River in McKenzie Bridge, Oregon. The retreat typically begins on a Sunday and ends the following Tuesday. The food is good, the spot beautiful (just ask the majority of juniors or seniors), and the reflection is out of this world. Parents of recent graduates are welcome.
